The Icons - great staff
Close to airport and yes you do hear the air traffic. Close to the metro. Not near anything else. Breaky was ok, not much in the area.

The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. They have an accessible lift for the breakfast buffet which is great if you have a disability. The corners are a little tight in the hotel but manageable.

The room was really lovely, clean and very stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful. They advised about travelling around Lisbon. I enjoyed the breakfast in very cosy breakfast room. The only reason why I give less stars is the noise. There was constant banging of the doors, people talking very loudly, whistling and other furniture moving noise in the evening.

We didn't realize we would be so isolated at this hotel. When "Lisbon Central" was in the name of the property, I guess we expected it to be in a business district. However, the only spot in near proximity to eat had very limited hours and we were unable to eat there. The neighborhood looked very sketchy and there was no public transportation or anything to do nearby. The staff couldn't offer much help or advise. Not their fault - there just weren't any options without walking about a mile and we were with family that had mobility issues. The shower had caulking around the bottom that was brown and at least gave the appearance of being moldy or dirty. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The one nice thing was the included breakfast. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The price was right, but I still think we would look elsewhere for accommodations if we visited Lisbon again.

Not worth it. Look elsewhere.
This place was probably beautiful when it opened, but it's currently in poor repair. Holes in the walls, some poorly patched and some open. The lamps by the bed don't work, the shower is mildewed and stinky, there was bathroom garbage from previous guest in th shower. Other guests were extremely loud and late, and the curtains didn't close fully - the lights across the street are very bright. The pillows are really uncomfortable - lumpy and hard. Lastly, my door came open in the middle of the night. Fun!

Multiple issues with this property that should be a warning: 1) airplanes fly right over and it loud, do not expect to sleep well 2) walls are very thin and housekeepers slam doors so even if you are just in your room, you get woken up by others 3) rooms are dirty. Floors have marks on them, rooms need paint, showers have mould on the silicone areas 4) the hotel smells terrible. I don’t know what it is but it’s a very bad odour and the washrooms in the room are small and have no vent 5) staff is robotic, not friendly, not looking to go above and beyond 6) hotel requires you go up a bridge or cross train tracks to get to nearest metro station so not accessible for all walks of life Overall this is more of a 2 star hotel after staying in it 3 nights. Would not return.

The breakfast was great. Fresh baked goods every morning. Also omlets, mashrooms, bacon, cheese, ham, fresh squeezed orange juice, or pear juice, coffee and cereals. The hotel is 7 min walking distance to the train, and 10 min from a gorgeous park.

Tiny bedroom. The surrounding area was very residential and under the flight path to Lisbon airport. On the positive side the breakfast was good- nice quality pastries etc. the metro was very convenient and the museum https://gulbenkian.pt/museu/en/ nearby was amazing. Plus El Corte Ingles about a 15 min walk away

El lugar, aunque no está céntrico, está muy limpio. Cerca hay un restaurante, Mentiras y otro tipo tasca llamado el Apeadeiro (no me acuerdo el resto) que lamenté descubrirlo el último día. El desayuno del hotel es abundante y el área muy limpia. Es un lugar pequeño, pero acogedor.

Excellent little hotel. Clean room, clean bathroom beds comfortable. Wifi worked well. Excellent breakfast. Safe and quiet location. Bus stop right outside the hotel 10 mins walk to metro. Staff polite we had no problems at all would come back anytime. Be aware of the planes landing above your head but we loved it and you get use to it. Albergo piccolino, su 5 piani ristrutturato da poco, ottimizzati al massimo gli spazi, camere grandi il giusto con una bella doccia nel bagno. Ottima la colazione e gentile il personale. Peccato la palestra fuori servizio. Nei dintorni numerosi ristoranti e stazione dei metro a circa 200/300 metri, comoda sia per arrivare al centro che all’ aeroporto.
