We enjoyed our stay. Very easy walk to the great restaurants that are at the boat dock area- go there not to the tourist crowded restaurants in town- but don't miss Santini's ice cream The hotel was nice but our room was in need of a refresh. It felt old and as bit worn. Overall worth it

This is an old hotel! Our room looked like it was straight out of the 60s. We stayed all around Portugal for almost 3 weeks, staying in multiple places during our trip and this was our least favorite out of them all. It didn’t help that our room was right above the kids play area, and with young kids going to bed early, the teenagers that would play outside our too at night, kept our kids awake. The location was fantastic but I’m sure you can find other places to stay for similar rates, but better overall.
