My children and I had a comfortable stay at Lismore Wilson Motel. The family room is spacious and definitely caters for 6 people. Very clean and comfortable beds. We will be back thank you.

Thanks for your positive review about our comfortable beds and spacious showers with good water pressure . We have had the plumbers onsite recently to stop the banging and noise that was in some bathrooms .

parking was not good, room smelt damp and mold on the ceiling, loose rails on stair way that made you feel unsafe.

Usually a quiet place to stay but last night and this morning the yelling and swearing coming from Room 1 was very uncomfortable, people must remember that the walls are not sound proof

Convient close to town easy to find & access rooms are side by side & I had next room still talking & smoking outside my veranda at 4.30am in the morning

Thanks Wayne for your review about being conveniently located , apologies about having smokers on the verandah outside your room . We have recently allocated a smoking area off the verandahs and away from rooms , we have an onsite manager on call 24hrs who can help with after hours concerns .

I found the motel to be great with good amenities. The staff were outstanding though on two occasions helping me with the parking. It was my first time to Lismore and I found it very scenic and a good stop off from the main highway.

At the very least, they should ensure that the entrance remains clean. The shower was the loudest thing I've ever experienced.

Thanks for your review and feedback , the entrances unfortunately were affected by the storm activity the evening prior and the leaves and branches are a daily clean up due to having big shady trees and gardens .

This property probably damaged from flood and you can still see the mold and moisture effect. Couldn’t even sleep because of the smell. Cockroaches everywhere. Motel management didn’t even clean the ashtray from the previous guest.

The manager needs to have basic knowledge of her town to advise guests from outside of Lismore, there needs to be an ice tray in the freezer with some water in it, when the breakfast and evening meals advertised are not available they need to advise hotels.com else they are making false promises, and they need to ensure that there is not an ash tray full of butts on the table outside my room

Quiet rooms nice gardens. Beautiful comfortable beds. Bathooms need a good clean, mould on grout, soap scum build up, fluff on power points/window sills. Build up of dirt in corners of bathroon floor. Last room we were in had blue metal on floor so not cleaned properly

Charming older style motel
I love the large rooms, and the beds are comfortable. Although being an older motel, the down side is if you have noisy neighbours you may need ear plugs for a restful night.

Great spacious rooms!
Great spacious rooms, fresh cooked brekky and friendly hosts. Unfortunately the plates and other eat/drink ware were slightly dirty but they were good about it. I'd stay again.

Great place to stay in Lismore
We were in Lismore for a baseball tournament so needed somewhere to stay close by. This motel was fantastic. A great sized room for family of 4 to stay in. Comfy beds, good sized bathroom. Laundry was super handy as well. Places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay here when next back in Lismore

Always a clean and tidy establishment, everything that is needed for a short stay. Could be ashtrays provided for all out door tables, for the convenience of those guests who need them.

Basic but good
Found the hotel staff to be helpful, polite and friendly. The room had all amenities you would expect with a very comfortable bed. Although on a main road the rooms were situated back from the road and I had a good night's sleep with no noise problems. Spacious accommodation. I was in Lismore for a conference and it suited my needs exactly. The motel was recommended by a friend who had stayed there and I would definitely recommend it also.
