clean, tidy, very comfortable beds, close to pub and restaurant, which had great meals, was noisy though in rooms from general pub noise until close.

Bathroom was gross and the water was not draining. It was filthy. The noise was unforgivable. People were at the balcony well over 2:30am with no consideration for patrons that needed to rest and management did nothing to stop the noise. Would not recommend this place.
