Main Door to our room was previously kicked in so it wouldn’t shut all the way. No crib was reserved for us when we specifically requested one.

Friendly staff, but shuttle to Busch Gardens (a main reason we stayed here) wasn't working the entire 4 days we were there. There must have only been one. Mostly clean, but upon check in there was a bug/larvae looking item next to the mini fridge sink area. Front desk didn't offer to do anything ...
