"First thing is false advertising. I signed up for a premium suite ocean view. When I arrived and got my rooms, the view was partial to the ocean and had trees blocking the scenery. I complained on the phone to the front desk and they blew me off that I was assigned to the correct category. I went in person to the fronk desk and was basically blown off by the ranking staff member on shift. Small hand towels was missing from the room and I called to ask for some, but no one delivered until day 3. The TV cable system needs upgrade. The channels kept freezing and irritated me during world cup football(soccer) matches. Overall the staff is very cordial."

She always made sure we had fresh, clean towels and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later."
