"Breakfast sounded really good but bread, muffins, bagels all dry. Yogurt was expired, orange juice was sour lemonade was watered down apple juice was ok. Biscuts tiny n really dry like just unthawed n sat out. Sausage gravy super greasey. Bathroom wasnt cleaned and beds were hard as a counter top or floor to sleep on. Staff when checking in was good tho. Dog poop all over parking lot in areas like ppl just let their dogs poop n nobody cleaned it up. Suggest bo pets allowed. Pix of washcloth i used to wupe down toilet shower tub and counter n sink "
"The property smelled of pot. My room didn’t but the room showed signs of how old it was. The tub was worn out and the handicap shower head didn’t work right. The handle to get into the shower was in a horrible position. The front staff was very nice and helpful. People were loud and doors slamming at 6 am. "
"HOT TUB didn't even WORK, was OUT OF ORDER, as was the only ONE ice machine for the WHOLE HOTEL!!
Management wouldn't refund 2nd night of stay, had to leave due to ice storm and conference calcellation!! Will NEVER stay there AGAIN!!"

"Water temp was amazing and felt like you were always in a hot tub. The issue is that we booked our stay for my kids spring break and they shut down the water slides for those days. All they had was the red slide, play area (not even fully running), a semi hot tup with no bubbles, and the lazy river. They even shut down the grill. "
"Very dirty, stained sheets, holes in wall, mattress actually had a big hole in it!! We asked for a handicap room and they didn’t give it to us -said 2 handicap rooms were booked already. We actually needed 2 rooms with handicap accessibility and we had a fall in the tub due to lack of help from the hotel management. Never saw anyone else who would possibly need handicap rooms, we were there for 2 nights-paid way too much and no management all weekend to help us.
Front desk staff did the best he could with his abilities without having management there."
