"The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). "The Mariner's is and always will be my first choice when visiting Haverfordwest (my home town). The rooms are comfortably spacious, spotlessly clean with a generous bathroom. The staff always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Something i have not mentioned in previous reviews, excellent tv reception and very good & stable wi fi. I mention it because i have used Premier Inns in the past and (in 3 different locations) and both services are pretty woeful."
