"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The only issue we experienced was at the pool, there were no towels available, and after asking the front desk multiple times, no one ever brought any out. Aside from that, everything else was great. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location with close proximity to the beach (walking distance) and old town Fernandina Beach (short drive). Large pool with an outdoor bar area. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Overall a great stay. Couple of hiccups. Upon check-in, the credit card reader would not work. After trying multiple times, finally went to the adjacent terminal to put my credit card on-file for incidentals with success. This took about 15 minutes. After driving 4 hours you hope the check-in is seamless. When we arrived into our room, we noticed there were no facecloths. Called the front desk to request them and told we have to pick them up ourselves at the desk. Again, no big issue, but if room was set-up properly before arrival, this would not have been an issue. Final concern has to do with the tub. Very clean bathroom, which I appreciate. But the tub bottom is very slippery. Older guests need to be mindful in order to avoid falling."

Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach

"My favorite thing about Margaritaville was the colorful decor and beach vibe. It was very clean from the elevators, hallways, to the beautifully updated rooms! The pool area and bar service was very fun, and the access to the beach was perfect. Valet was pricey, but convenient. We had a great 3 night stay!"

"Really large lobby and bar area right up front. Large mixed space for breakfast. Breakfast offered many options to choose; yogurt and fruit, eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal and bread options. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. Really nice, large room but bathroom was very small."
