"My room was given away right in front of my own eyes as a "complimentary" upgrade. This resulting in me not getting the room I was expecting when I knew it was available. The staff first tried to blame it on me, then I spoke with the supervisor who then got upset with his employee as it was entirely their fault. All they did was compliment me a breakfast. "

"We prioritized having a balcony overlooking the Quarter. It was a beautiful corner room with a wrap around balcony. The room was spacious and was great for meeting up with our family. The room can be noisy at night because of the activity on Bourbon and that’s to be expected. The curtains and room configuration helped. Definitely something worth doing!"

"This French Quarter Homewood Suites is in a good location to walk or trolley to restaurants and attractions. Cajun Encounters conveniently picks up out front for their tours to assist in keeping your adventure card filled. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are plentiful and fresh. Most of all, the staff members are all exceptionally kind and helpful including concierges Glen and Dave. Staff is plentiful to meet your every need and assure your safety. Access to the hotel and room floors have extra security measures. There’s a nice workout room and clean and spacious outside dining area with a huge grill, lots of seating, and a clean pool. Ours was a girlie trip where we flew in and didn’t have a car. Our flight in was the earliest one and the flight out was the latest one. The staff was very helpful and accommodating letting us check in early our first day and keeping our luggage secure after checkout and before Ubering to the airport in the early evening. Just can’t say enough good things about Homewood Suites on Rampart in the Quarter! Enjoy your stay! "
