"I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again."

"Great stay, only complaint is the floors in between rooms needed better insulation. We could hear the people upstairs walking around all night and morning. "

"The room is clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The restaurants, gas stations and shopping center are convenient. The staffs are respectful and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel. "
