Good food and rooms, we stayed in the annexed building but short walk to main hotel. Nice touch with evening aperitivo hour where they serve free snacks in the bar. The buffet breakfast was excellent but the takeout one (pickup evening before) was underwhelming.

The shuttle up to the pass is great and we used it every day even if a little pricey. It would have been nice to have breakfast included as part of our package but it was a very good meal with lots of choices. Dinners were difficult, few choices available with out meat, one salad which was very bland/limited and Dinner service was very slow so somewhat hard to eat early before retiring for evening. The staff were best part of experience, incredible, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here for a night or a week!

This place is superior in terms of everything. I gave 5 star rating on my last stay till I got food poisoning today from the breakfast. They worked really hard to make the place nice. I really don’t know which food caused me ill and I could not do hiking instead of keeping throwing up.

We loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 25 minute drive from Cortina city but the location is very lovely and quaint. The staff (servers especially) are wonderful and my husband said the pizza was the best he had in Italy (we ate pizza every day for 2 weeks). They offer gelato and there’s a cold spring water fountain across the road from the hotel, but if you’re anticipating wanting other snacks, best to pick up when you’re in a bigger town / before you head back to hotel.
