The Finnish sauna at hotel was not working which was a shame (only infrared was working). So I had to use an another hotels facilities (intercontinental hotel nearby). Staff and cleanliness were great!

Loved the hotel! Located in such a convenient part of town, just 10 minutes away from the bus station and a few minutes walk to the center of the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked the girl at the reception desk! The room with the balcony was super nice, with a panoramic view of the city. Definitely recommend and would come bacn again.

Lots of room in Ljubljana
This is a pretty grand hotel in the center of Ljubljana. You can easily walk from the train and bus station here and easily walk to the main attractions. The lobby is massive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we had. The room was also spacious with a big bathroom and tub. The one downside was the pool area, which was crowded even with reservations.

Booked for the spa facilities, only to find on arrival they had to close and we could not use them. Hotel apparently rent the space out and so had no influence. Spa wanted to charge 175 euro to use a private hot tub?! Hotel itself is very dated. No sockets near the bed. Location was good for walking into city center. Breakfast was fine.

Big hotel, yet the property will probably need a refurbish sooner then later. Room clean, furniture still in good condition, very good preserved. Air conditioning works very well in my room, heating properly. Breakfast very good, yet the restaurant wasn't work at least during our stay, fortunately many other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Good location, 10 min walking distance from the citycenter.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and very responsive if you have any sort of problem. The hotel is connected to the Union hotel which is a beautiful piece of architecture. It is a center hotel so very close and therefore easily walkable to visitor attractions and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable but tired - bathroom in particular with worn out shower and although we had a bath that the shower was attached too it was old and very narrow so I was actually wedged into it (I am an average build) and had to work hard to get out of it! The most annoying thing as we were there with friends for the new year was that there is not a bar area - somewhere pleasant and relaxing that you can sit with a nice drink or cocktail. When asking for a bar area you are sent to a cafe area with tables and white table clothes that was clearly an eating / dining room which was not the same thing and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was a very good selection. The main entrance could do with a makeover to make it more inviting and the whole experience is in need of refinement.

Amazing location, you can walk to most major sights or wander down near the water for a lovely dinner or cocktail! Breakfast was amazing, staff kind and helpful! Needs a bit of updating, but clean and doesn’t take away anything from the stay. We will be back!

The location and the room were excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room had its own clothes press, which is actually really handy for someone who travels for long periods and needs to rapidly spruce-up a shirt to go out - also, it's quite a cute feature.

Great Hotel and Breakfast in Ljublijana
Our stay at the Eurostars uHotel in Ljublijana, Slovenia was very nice. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The morning breakfast was superb with multiple tables of food which included many Slovenian pastries. The breakfast included meats and cheese, eggs, lots of fruit, cereals, and delightful pastries. The hotel is also very Eco-friendly, and the price of the room was very reasonable.

Our check in was dreadful. We had booked two suites for our family of 5, and we were given these suites but they were on different floors. I asked if there was any chance of getting them on the same floor, and was told no, they only had one suite per floor. This turned out to be completely untrue, and the reception guy then just completely blanked us and didn’t offer any apology or any other help. The rooms are old, tired. The bathroom has appalling water pressure, like trying to shower under a school drinking fountain. The spa is a lovely LITTLE area. It is shared between 2 hotels. 4 people in the pool and it is full. You have to book, and according to the spa staff you can only come once a day or ‘we will run out of towels’ For such a large hotel, breakfast is poor. The views from both rooms were awful with one of them overlooking an adult nightclub offering all manner of interesting services. I could go on. I normally wouldn’t vent like this, and perhaps I would have overlooked the tired rooms and slightly dodgy breakfast if the staff had been pleasant, but there is no way that I could recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect location, just minutes away from literally everything. Hotel is older, but the quality and staff are top notch. The morning breakfast had so many delicious options as well. It’s also connected to the Union hotel, which is one of Ljubljana’s oldest and has had guests stay from the likes of Madonna, heads of state and even Queen Elizabeth II. Very fun! We also got a castle balcony view, which was spectacular to wake up to every morning.

overall its 3 stars hotel.. location is great, reception is helpful & nice. Just it’s little old and finishing of the everything you feel not 4 stars.. curtains were dirty. Rooms on hallway are noisy Whoever enters, you would hear their door closed so hard that you feel someone entered your room. You can prevent this by taking a room not in the hallway, who stayed there they understand what meant.

We had a perfect stay at the uhotel. The room was really clean and spacious, and the washroom was quite large! The staff were incredible, had excellent recommendations, helped us out with any questions or arranging things for us. The spa was also a huge highlight. Being able to go to the pool on a stiflingly hot day to cool off was the best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I knew going to stay in the magical city of Ljubljana. We will absolutely be back!

This is a newer hotel attached to the classic Union Grand hotel. The property is in the center of town right near the three bridges, everything interesting is within a ten minute walk. We had a spacious room with a panoramic view of downtown with the castle directly in front of us. Good service from the staff and a vast breakfast buffet. Note that the church bells chime all night long on the quarter and full hours, you get used to it, but you have to like it.

Friendly and helpful staff members, really good location - convenient for exploring the city centre and close to the local transport links. The only downside is that if your room overlooks the road, it can be quite noisy, particularly on a Friday/Saturday night
