"This little guesthouse is located about a 5 minute walk south of the old bridge. It’s in a much quieter area… there’s a beautiful sitting area outside that has a view of the river, and even a small replica of the old bridge in the garden. Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and offered help wherever I needed it. Definitely worth the stay, and quite a bit cheaper than most of the properties I could see in the old town. Lovely place."

"The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the town center and close to Apparition Hill. The property is well maintained and offers good parking facilities. They only offer breakfast, and although the dining area feels a bit enclosed since they keep the curtains closed, the breakfast itself is varied and relatively complete. "Great location, right on the coast with easy access to the sea for swimming, chairs on the terrace and beach towels on request (but I noticed other guests didn’t seem to know and we were using their own). I didn’t check the rooftop swimming pool, because the sea is so amazing around here. Most rooms seem to have brilliant views. And there’s a great restaurant next door down by the water. "I loved the house, Marin was an excelent host, we felt right at home. Is very close to the blue cross and apparition hill, making it very convenient. Is nit far from St. James, is an easy walk. The food was excellent! The attention was amazing. We can't wait to go back."

Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town.
