"Absolutely amazing, great location, nice and peaceful. Host made sure that me and my friend are happy with everything and she was available if we needed anything. We had a lovely welcome gift ( Prosseco, chocolates and delicious Welsh cakes), the hot tub was warm and ready for us on arrival. "Our 5th floor room was not sea facing, pretty noisy and had poor heating. So sleep quality wasn’t great. I was surprised to know that the hotel charges a whooping premium for sea facing rooms not mentioned on hotels. Com. Bottom line - be prepared to pay more for sea facing rooms. Breakfast, gym and pool facilities are great. "
