"The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. "Absolutely amazing, great location, nice and peaceful. Host made sure that me and my friend are happy with everything and she was available if we needed anything. We had a lovely welcome gift ( Prosseco, chocolates and delicious Welsh cakes), the hot tub was warm and ready for us on arrival.
About 9 minutes drive to Zipp World, 12 minutes to little town called Betws- y- Coead where you can go for lovely food, walks and explore Beautiful waterfalls.

"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"First room we had 301 was. so small and the bathroom well don't go there we managed to change to 304 bigger all round but still needed to be updated The meals were so bad that we had. to eat out all in all a terrible 5 days at great expense for the 6 of us oh and 1pair through I'll health were unable to come and yes we got no refund(472.00 pounds) all in all rubbish"

"Well it was a warm welcome, there was 2 young ladies. So helpful, and efficient in their job. Hotel and rooms were very neat and clean. I was not included in breakfast. Bar looks big and massive hall. It was an amazing stay."

"Hotel charges £10 extra to park which wasn’t evident in any communications prior to arrival. On arrival reception insisted we only had the family room booked for 2 people. After insisting I had booked it for 4 people they discovered that it was an error on their systems. Room decor was very dated and worn, toilet cistern leaked, room was incredibly hot, could hear every move of the room/people above - creaking floors, bed and even flushing toilet. On top of that noise from some generator outside our room. Ordered 4 meals for dinner and after 45 minutes only 3 arrived, again an issue with systems, 4th meal arrived after we finished eating with a free drink as an apology. Hotel pool was a plus. We were required to provide a time to attend breakfast the night before although it was buffet style and the restaurant was barely 10% full - I don’t really what to be held to a schedule on holiday. Despite there being a pool I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. A good quiet night sleep is worth a lot more than a swim!"
