Was told we had air conditioning, so went to our room wasn’t working. They told us someone checked it out for us and it was working so went back up to the room and still was not working. So we complained then front desk lady said we didn’t get air conditioning. So she lied straight to our face. Very rude customer service will never return to his hotel or recommend to anyone.

It is what it is!
check in was late and a bit manic ( guest fault not hotel) the rooms are clean but tired and the glass system of cards and two per guest needs refreshing. Area was a little trek from both the strip and beach and on a busy road so perhaps wouldnt suit families. overall reasonable value but not one id rush back to.

Very poor hotel
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in all the yrs I’ve been going to Spain. This hotel should never be a 3star and service and staff was very poor. Julie behind the bar was so rude and had a attitude towards people. The restaurant food was awful. First you would get the same food every day and not only that it was freezing because the hot plates don’t work. The toasters were awful and old. I had to put my toast through 5 times to get it to go brown. The staff also try clearing things away well before meal times are over. Al. I can say is if you are use too excellent service and food avoid this hotel now. The rooms are not very clean and need upgrading ASAP. The maid didn’t come for two days and I had to go to reception to ask them to get the maid to bring clean towels and bed sheets. Also my friends were stuck in the lift for 15mins and pushed the alarm and nobody come to rescue them and it was just lucky they had there phones to raise the alarm to family members. Basically it’s a no go for me ever again and I would like to warn you all how poor the hotel is. Please do not get sea or pool view if you want to sleep. There is a main road at front very busy traffic and noisy motor bikes through the night keeping you awake. I’ve had my moan about the hotel from hell. Good luck and try and enjoy your stay if you have to go here.

Great friendly hotel
It is close to the beach. It is also near to the town to shop, but far enough away to avoid the drunken antics of kicking out time.The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my 5th stay in 4 years and I will definitely be visiting again.

Horrible HORRIBLE stay.
Horrible Hotel, people are so rude and disrespectful and look at you like you are trash. Lack of respect and cleanliness in the hotel. Me and my friend got stuck in the lift as it dropped from fifth floor all the way down and went right back to the top, this was frightening as we could not get out of the lift. When we alerted the receptionist about the lift situation he did not seem to care and just laughed and said: "yes the lift is broken". Most horrible and scary experience. Standard rooms are worse than hostel rooms, no AC, no space, sinks, and bath would get clogged up and no privacy as other hotel rooms can see straight through the room balcony. No light in the room. would definitely not recommend as safety, hygiene and experience come first. Hotel is a 10 mins walk to the beach and 15mins walk to the main centre where the shopping, nightlife and food places are. Worth staying in the centre rather than this weird location.

Staff were great. Reception were helpful and lovely - checked me in at 3am(!) after problems with my transfer from airport (even saved me some dinner and bottle of water!); and they helped me find alternative transport back to airport for a good price as I didn’t want to use my pre-booked transfer. Bar staff always seemed friendly and smiling too. Location for the area is good. Less than 10 min walk to beach, 10-15 min walk into Lloret de Mar so in easy reach of coach station, bars, clubs and restaurants but you aren’t bothered by all the noise and people. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away (Lloret Fenals?) where coach transfers to/from Barcelona all pick up from and drop off at. Was put in a room with four single beds. Not a problem for me on my own, but so many beds in such a small space that there’d be nowhere for your luggage and couldn’t move around if there was 3 or 4 of you. Cleanliness OK. Although food was edible the quality was absolutely dreadful - like cheap, bad school dinners. Burgers were unidentifiable ‘meat’, pasta sauce was like cheap runny ketchup, bread always stale even at start of breakfast service, veggies had lost all colour, battered fish was floppy and soggy, even ‘local dish’ of veggie paella was too salty too eat and clearly out of a packet... Spirits from the bar also seemed to be heavily watered down - couldn’t taste any alcohol! Don’t go all inclusive. Include breakfast then eat out - lots of cheap places nearby and supermarket next door.

Stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of June. The hotel is in an ok location, is quite noisy next to a busy road but within walking distance of beach and bars. Public areas are very clean and the rooms are basic but clean. Bit of a pain with the card system to get drinks but the worst thing about this hotel is the food. You will certainly see at lunch and dinner the left over food from the previous meals, it’s very basic and lots of carbohydrates but not a lot to go with it. A lot of pork based food! I’m not a fussy eater and will always find something to eat at a buffet but on our last evening we walked out in disgust and ate out....after being given directions from reception staff to a closed restaurant! We found a lovely restaurant by the beach in the end. Wouldn’t rush back to the hotel just because of the food.

Potential to be great but fall off a bit short
This hotel have the potential to be excellent and charge a few pennies more. 1. If they had a functioning air cond the ever so noisy rooms would be resolved, it is so difficult to sleep with all the noise of that main road in front of the hotel where people beep like mad and motorbikes race! The food was very nice, the all inclusive facilities were nice but the customer service can do with some training, the man that greet you at the restaurant said to my back “people walk in here like it was their motherfucking house” (little did he know I am native Spanish). The receptionists are so rude and unhelpful except for the guy that is half Spanish and half English (I can’t remember his name but I know his mum is from Manchester), I found him he was the only helpful member of staff so great on him! The location of this hotel is great (if only the rooms could have air cond).

Everything was as we expected, really good value for money, good food buffet style varied and plenty for all meals. Snacks also on buffet. We were all Inclusive drinks are good except for whiskey but we were fine without it. Rooms clean staff nice especially Carla from the bar.

Out of season break
We ended up staying in H.Top Royal star hotel But had a great out of season break would go back again maybe in the summer months. The H Top hotel chain in that area seem very good and look after you. Food is good and rooms and location are good too.

Great location
Great location, lovely staff. Hotel in a quieter area bar wise with a 10 minute walk into town / beach. Great steakhouse / Pizzeria across the road. 9 euros 20 for a T Bone! Thumbs up. The beaches (2) are really pretty & clean. Good selection of shops & places to eat. A nice square to sit & people watch with a sangria or two. We really enjoyed ourselves & are booking again for May.

For the price paid, I totally recommend this place. It's a hotel with all included and the guests are mostly families, so not too much noise during the night.. Pros: big rooms, meals included, close to the beach. Cons: the room is old (but not a big problem)..

Good location near to beach
Rooms clean but basic, bathroom was OK plenty of hot water at all times, towels clean but a bit on the small size. Food a bit repetitive and if you didn't get to the restaurant early some dishes tended to be gone. Meal times were a bit on the short side and if you went a bit later the staff were busy shutting down often when there was still half an hour to go before the restaurant shut. We went all inclusive but they had a strange card method of keeping track of drinks at the bar, you had to swap your card for a glass and the only way to get another drink was to return your previous glass (which was plastic). The sun beds round the pool and on the sun terrace were quite limited in number and some of them were not in a good state of repair. The hotel is next to a busy road and traffic noise was always present when in the outside areas. The staff however were all very helpful and friendly.

Close to beach but rooms very outdated
Rooms are very outdated and depressing but clean. The walls were also very thin so could hear lots of noise during the night. The rest of the hotel was fine and quite modern. Food served most of the day and was nice. Pool clean and indoor pool warm. Very close to beach 5mins for the small beach 15mins to the bigger beach but sand seemed man made so no sand castle making. Reason not recommended is just due to the room but it was the basic room so unsure if superior room would be better.

dont expect much
Apart from the receptionists, the staff were quite rude, especially the waiters. We only had bed and breakfast, which was just as well, as the offering was poor and of very cheap quality. Breakfast hours too short, no lie in possible, as everything got cleared on the dot at 9.45. Restaurant fire exit blocked with stacking baby high chairs.

Nice hotel
The hotel is in Fenals district Lloret de Mar. Walk to the beach takes about 10 minuts. There are a lot of souvenir shops and a supermarket near the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here.

Booked a double bed, as ever only twins Turns out only 2 in whole hotel wifi is only free for 15 min, misleading at best. stayed here many times end route, still good value for money if you you don't mind a very hard bed. And don't opt for the breakfast!

Average hotel in good location
It took ages to check in as there was only one receptionist and she had to deal with multiple people (workmen, police, etc) at the same time. Our room (609) phone didn't work (to talk to our children in their own room) and even after reporting it and a couple of reminders it was never fixed during our 4 night stay. Rooms were small but clean. No double bed even though the room description was Queen bed room. My wife and I had to move the furniture and put the two single beds together ourselves. Food was Ok but be warned that you have to even pay for water during lunch and dinner. This was a real shock to us as we had paid for full board. Only two small lifts exist in the hotel, one can only take 4 and the other 6.

DANGEROUS HOTEL!!! Be careful Please read! We got robbed inside the hotel room!! I had to call the police to get the workers to react, the police came, it was like a horror movie. It's not just that the hotel is old, it smells bad, it's dirty, but everything is so old and cheap that security is zero on the ground floors because it is very easy to force the cheap lock on the balcony and enter through there. Luckily they only robbed, but for a woman alone it can be very dangerous!!! The reaction of those in charge/employees was completely cold, as if it was not so serious, and it is not the first time that this has happened to them. The only solution they proposed was to change our room to one on a higher floor. Obviously we fled from that place. Don't stay there!!! This hotel cost us a completely ruined vacation, lost material goods and great trauma. Be careful who you trust with your safety just to save a few euros. Officially the worst hotel in history.

El hotel super. Hace tiempo viví por la zona y siempre he pasado cerca del hotel y mira esta vez me tokado . Jaja. Super cómoda la estancia,gente amable ,tiene bar con la música y caraoke,piscina super linda y parece romántico el ambiente. El comedor me ha gustado todo todo. Comida hay de todo para todos los gustos. Muy amable los camareros de sala. Y...los biscochos mmmm deliciosos q los hace Giovanni el mismo pastelero del hotel. Un saludo y gracias por las estancia.
