"This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...

"Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price."

"We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! "

"I loved my stay with Ritz Carlton, albeit short for two nights. Caesar and the front desk were wonderful. Everything in this property is brilliant - breakfast top notch, pool warm and clean, gym with plenty of equipment. Would one hundred percent recommend to anyone considering a visit to Santiago."

"Absolutely unsurpassed service - from the moment we reached the hotel to departure, seamless customer first service that made us feel so valued. Beautiful room with huge windows, thoughtful turn down service with touches that I hadn’t experienced in other hotels, one of the best hotel breakfasts that I’d ever seen, gorgeous communal spaces and a well-equipped gym.
