"This was an amazing hotel, such a beautiful reception - every time I walked through I saw something different, it’s just gorgeous I would definitely return The food was sublime, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful Our room was beautiful, large with plenty of wardrobes, beautifully appointed bathroom - my only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless - would help if they put in a normal hairdryer! "Very authentic, clean, and quiet. Alessandro the hotel owner recommended us a restaurant near by La Fornace with great Italian cuisine and if you will mention Alessandro’s name they will take care of you more,,don’t forget to reserve a table!"

"A True Gem on the Ligurian Coast – Hospitality at Its Finest! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Diana Majestic was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. The food throughout our stay was delightful, but what truly elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!"

"I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day. I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and lay on the sand but unfortunately, that is not possible in the whole village."
