Area was quiet, felt very safe. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Shower head not attached to bracket so had to be hand held, needs attention. Cannot comment in staff as did not encounter anyone due to self check in.

We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions ...
