"This hotel exceeded my expectations and would be my choice if I'm back in Bilbao. Check-in was quick, with reception talking us through the spa, rooftop pool and breakfast. The spa (jacuzzi, steam, sauna) was quiet and relaxing around 5pm, and the rooftop pool, while shallow, was great for cooling off - the high stools up there give a fantastic view over the city. The bar was well stocked with great cocktails, one of the best mojitos I've had.
The room was spacious and well-designed with good storage, a spacious shower, and a superb blackout curtain for sleep (only niggle: you need to open it to reach the storage and fridge). We faced the back of the building, but a mesh privacy curtain meant this wasn't an issue. Minibar items can be removed and the fridge used freely, just remember to restock before checkout.
Location was perfect - directly opposite the old town, close to all the best bars but with none of the noise. Felt very safe throughout. Highly recommend."
"When we checked in the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on local travel and parking in the city. Our room on the 5th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a really good breakfast and the midday check out meant no hurry. Parking garage was safe and secure with large spaces and plenty of room. A real benefit. Thanks!"
"Big room, good amenities and great location. Desk was a little understaffed and backed up at times. Parking in same building which was very good. Location was very central with food and shopping nearby."
"The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the area is near everything walking distance.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we had an amazing weekend
Thanks"
