"Very nice high spec hotel. Rooms have everything you could need. Hotel has a drying room which is handy on a wet day. Great view of the bay. Staff very nice and helpful.
Negatives: very limited food menu, nothing for vegans. Seems very overpriced compared to similar hotels in the highlands.

"Room was lovely and clean. Small, but had everything we needed. Great view over Loch Broom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Parking was free and right in front of the hotel."
"The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157 , we will not be back"
"Our room only had 1 bedside cabinet for 2 beds.
It wasn't immediately obvious how to obtain our included breakfast, and when I asked a member of staff about it, she seemed surprised."
"Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great.
The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! "
"Fantastic location literally a 5 min walk into the centre of Ullapool. Great parking available.
We were lucky enough to get a room with a roll top bath and Kathleen gave us a brilliant welcome and even offered us a whisky!
