"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"It's not for everyone, but I *loved* this place. It is an oasis of old funk and Polish culture, and it charmed my socks off. Maybe I'm easily impressed (American), but I was delighted. Quiet, clean, good service, wood beams, and the cream of Polish military history glowering from the walls, protecting you as you sleep. Ten stars."
