"Absolute ****hole, check-in was unpleasant, room was underground and moisture level 110%. Bed was nearly collapsing, filthy floors full of hair/dog hair, electric outlet was missing it’s cover (good luck with pets or baby…), moldy shower. "I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water.
