Fantastic resort in Krabi

"We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we walked into reception until the moment we left it was perfect. The staff, food, rooms, turn down service and overall resort feel were so on point. I would highly recommend Saffron for a sunset meal and breakfast is truly sensational. Happy hour at the bar is fantastic with quality food available to order. Hats off to the resort for not using any single use plastics and having the environment front and centre. The Spa is definitely worth a trip and I highly recommend the facial and the rainwater and hydro pool treatment. A big thanks to the staff who really looked after us, every staff member was exceptional. "

Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

"In a word phenomenal. Four Points made for a transformative vacation experience, they simply operated without error from the GM down to housekeeping. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and polite ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. The facilities were amazing allowing for some of the best rest my family has had in years. Centrally located next to everything I simply cannot wait till next year when we vacation here again!"

"Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates. Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island. Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet. "

"This hotel did not disappoint. the staff was so accommodating. be sure to ask for matthew, he’s amazing. The food. the rooms. everything’s was impeccable. keep in mind though, the hotel is an hour plus from the airport so plan accordingly "
