"Family friendly resort, with a nice waterpark for younger kids. Staff is very friendly. Beach area is clean and we were able to find loungers most days. This was our 3rd time here and we noticed a few differences. Resort now uses an app but the activities listed each day don't match what is actually offered and we had trouble finding these. We felt there were less activities and interaction with the entertainment crew, although the evening shows are still very well performed. And if you don't "reserve" a chair by the pool by 7am, it's very hard to find one. We enjoyed the restaurants but found the kids menu to be very limited with only the same 3 options each evening. "

"Internet was spotty and breakfast wasn’t great. For the price I had higher expectations. Front desk staff member was not friendly. Didn’t make much eye contact and not a friendly greeting. Advantage. Closer to airport and good service shuttle which was no extra charge. "

They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. "
