Stayed one night in our way back in to Britain. Nice reception, staff were lovely, room was dated. Lift was very hard to find and not at all signposted for going down.We ended up in the basement down the back stairs. Luckily we met someone who showed us the way. Didn't have breakfast as catching the early Eurostar

"The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful."
