Lovely stay - great location and OUTSTANDING staff

My husband and I loved our stay here so much we extended an extra day! Rooms were clean and the location was quiet and peaceful. Our deck area was perfect to enjoy tea and read. The pool was a nice temperature and was kept clean during our stay despite a couple windy storms. The guys working were what really made our stay though! They gave us a map and wonderful recommendations and always made sure we were taken care of! Breakfast was cooked to order every morning and we loved chatting with them. Only a short walk from the beach and we were far enough away from the mosques that we were not woken up by the call to prayer.

Sobrevalorado. No tiene nada de especial

Elegimos este hotel para nuestra última noche en Gili Air por la buenas críticas que tenía, vaya decepción!!! La habitación pequeña, los muebles viejos, las paredes con churretes, no había gel/champú (que yo llevo pero por 40€ que cobra Booking pues que menos...) Tampoco nos pusieron las botellas de agua que publican, el aire acondicionado no daba a bastó con el calor que hacía en la habitación, porque a esta le da el sol todo el día así que estar a medio día en la habitación es infernal. Nos metimos en la piscina cuando llegamos sobre las 11:30 porque no podíamos hacer el check-in y olía a lejía que tiraba para atrás. Aparte las instalaciones descuidadas, los azulejos d la piscina llenos de churretes y mugre que se puede limpiar fácilmente pasándole un trapo. Las hamacas rotas y deterioradas. El camino dentro y fuera del hotel es todo tierra nada d jardín (eso sí muchas plantas) pero cuando vas a la habitación lo llenas todo de tierra. El café del desayuno malisimo. Me he alojado en Gili Air por 13€ en bungalows con mejores condiciones y más servicios que este que nos costó casi 3 veces más. La verdad que no entiendo tan buena crítica.

Para empezar el acceso al hotel es camino de arena inaccesible para llegar con maletas. Nos dieron una habitación sin una limpieza general en un cambio de huéspedes, no hay secador ni toallas de mano ni accesorios de aseo. Las puertas están desencajadas por lo tanto entran muchos insectos a la habitación. Nos esperábamos mucho más debido a la buena puntuación que tiene. Decepcionante.
