Que dire... notre meilleur hôtel de ces vacances ! L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé directement dans la rue principale à 5min. A pieds du port. Vous êtes accueilli comme des rois, les chambres sont nickels, vous ne manquerez de rien. Il y a la possibilité de faire des jeux de société, louer des vélo, e-bikes, boire un délicieux cocktail a la piscine ou regarder la tv dans votre chambre sur une smart tv. La salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. Il y a une fontaine d’eau potable pour vous servir d’eau a volonté et alors cerise sur le gâteau : le personnel est tout bonnement INCROYABLE ! Toute l’équipe est dévouée, seviable polie,... un vrai bonheur avec une mention spéciale pour Harry 😇 Les petits déjeuner sont également de très bonnes qualité avec un léger supplément pour un café en grain. Mais allez y les yeux fermés nous espérons tellement pouvoir revenir sur cette île magique et donc forcément dans cet hôtel ! Un tout grand merci a vous pour les 3 merveilleux jours que nous avons passé là.

Je recommande à 100%

Super hotel à 5 min à pieds du port (donc vous poubez facilement y aller même avec des valises). Très bel hotel (bungalows autour d'une piscine). Calme, et une piscine suoer agreable. Les petits déjeuner, les jus et cocktails sont bons et pas chers Personnel très sympa et toujours là pour vous conseiller de bonnes adresses. La mosquée est à 2min à pieds (on entend l’appel à la prière depuis la chambre), ce qui est normal pour une île musulmane. Le bungalow n°1 est un peu trop proche de la "rue" ce qui fait qu'on entend un peu plus les allers et venus la journée, mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant

Nice place with great service

Very nice hotel with good service and the pool right outside the room was magical. The hotel it self and service of the staff was amazing but the location near the mosque during Ramadan didn’t give me any good sleep, even with earplugs on. Other than that, I would come back.

Fantastisk hotel med de sødeste medarbejdere. Meget opmærksomme og serviceminded. Dejlige værelser med lækkert badeværelse og skønneste bruser. Skøn morgenmad. Fint område med pool og have. Tæt på alting. Nemt fra havnen. 5 min opad hovedgaden. Der findes cykeludlejnimg på stedet. Minus larm. Et lille ønske - en skraldespand mere på værelset.

Helpful staff, convenient location for dining, snorkeling or shopping, and delicious breakfast with many choices. The rooms are small enough for those who don't spend a lot of time in the room, and there is plenty of water pressure, hot water, and desalinated water. Proche du port, l’hôtel est vraiment très beau et apaisant. Les chambres sont très agréables, avec une grande douche. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, je vous recommande les gaufres. Mais ce que je souhaite vraiment mettre en lumière c’est la gentillesse du personnel. Ils sont absolument adorables, souriants, disponibles, à l’écoute… un grand bravo à eux !

Jago Gili Air is convenient and a great place to stay close to the harbour. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest bunch we met during our 2 week stay (we stayed in 4 different hotels). The rooms are nice and cosy with big bathrooms. The pool is handy whenever we got too hot! You can rent bikes for about 50k/day which was great and also you can arrange snorkel trips with them. It was a great snorkel trip where we saw 4 different areas around the Gili Islands and even saw turtles 3 times.

Jago kan virkelig anbefales når man er på Gili Air

Gili Air og Jago var helt fantastisk! Kan virkelig anbefale å bo på Jago: hotellet er superkoselig, nydelig frokost og atmosfære, og veldig hyggelig betjening. Hotellet ligger også perfekt ifht alt annet på Gili Air: rett opp hovedgaten fra havnen som gjør det enkelt å finne frem (spesielt med kofferter), og så ligger det rolig til og fin gangavstand (700 meter) til stranda hvor man kan ligge hele dagen og se solnedgangen.
