Wir waren im Herbst 2018 in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Es war der letzte Stopp unserer Indonesien-Rundreise. Wir waren bei der Ankunft völlig überwältigt von der wunderschönen Resortanlage direkt am Meer und der Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter. Leider hatten wir uns in unserem vorherigen Hotel auf der Insel Gili Trawangan eine bakterielle Infektion eingefangen, die an unserem ersten Tag im Puri Mas Resort so schlimm ausbrach, dass wir ins Krankenhaus mussten. Die ersten Tage verbrachten wir somit nicht wie geplant im Puri Mas Resort, sondern im Krankenhaus. Hier wurde uns noch einmal die Herzlichkeit der Resortmitarbeiter bewusst, denn der Resortmanager besuchte uns zweimal im Krankenhaus und organisierte im Anschluss auch den Transport zurück ins Puri Mas Resort. Als wir dort wieder ankamen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Damit wir uns von der Infektion in Ruhe erholen konnten, wurde uns statt unseres gebuchten einfachen Doppelzimmers (was auch schon wunderschön war) eine Villa mit privatem Pool als Upgrade angeboten. Aufgrund unserer Infektion konnten wir leider nicht alle Köstlichkeiten im Restaurant ausprobieren, aber das was wir essen konnten, war super lecker. Wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei allen Mitarbeitern des Resorts bedanken. Sollte unsere Reise noch einmal nach Indonesien gehen, dann kommen wir definitiv wieder. Wir können nur allen dieses Resort von Herzen empfehlen.

Staff were amazing. Food was good. The whole place has a warm and friendly vibe. Great swimming pool. Pillows were very high and a bit hard. A lot of people had sore necks. Others were tummy sick but the management and staff went out of their way to help all affected. Drains smell on and off but I think that’s general all over the island. I’m going back I loved it so much.

This property was and the value was amazing. When you check in you are surrounded by artwork and statues Check-in was fast and the staff was all very friendly. My villa exceeded my expectations! The bed and linings were very comfortable. The dining at Puri Mas was amazing. Everything I had, and I was adventurous, was delicious. The pool and beach front completed the resort. Having both available was relaxing and convenient. We were there while they had a dinner show, which usually wouldn't excite me, but this was great. The owner of the resort teaches dance free of cost to all the staff. It was amazing to see how they give back to the Lombok community. I promise to return one day to Puri Mas and would highly recommend booking your stay with them.

Great hotel with a great view

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the first welcome to our goodbye we felt part of the hotel. The food was really great, breakfast was sumptuous. The pool area was really good. One night they put on entertainment, ballroom dancing stick fighting and drumming. Will definitely stay again.

Superb, beautiful, friendly hotel next to the beac

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there every night. The evening dance entertainment was amazing and excellent. We visited the beautiful & tranquil spa resort that is part of this hotel for some relaxing spa treatment and that too was excellent. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable vacation on Lombok!
