I was there only a short time however I thought this resort was wonderful. The staff are just fantastic and everything you need is on hand. Room beautiful. Food is great. I will definitely go again.

Great relaxing, luxurious place to stay and unwind. Resort is very beautiful, rooms were massive, food was tasty, staff very friendly. Bit out of the way if you want lots of activities - recommend the half day trip to nearby Gili Islands for snorkelling.

This is a very nice resort. The scenery, layout, and services are excellent. My only criticism (and it is minor) is that the location of the resort is isolated, and I sometimes felt like I was a captive.

Our stay in the Oberoi in Lombok was just incredible. The hotel is located on an idyllic beach and the grounds and the rooms are perfectly maintained. We took advantage of the many activities the hotel offers from snorkeling with the turtles, to yoga,to visiting the Lombok island and all of it was just perfect. But most importantly it was the hotel manager Sunit and the wonderful staff (Sayu, Harry, our driver and guide Joel and Yana our yoga teacher) that made this an unforgettable stay for us.They are the kindest and most attentive people who make you feel that you are part of the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to be back again.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Oberoi in Lombok, late December/early January 2023, and what a wonderful experience on every level. The Oberoi team are extremely attentive and focus on you as an individual. The team are professional, friendly, kind and really ensure you enjoy your experience. The resort itself, the rooms are spectacular, the grounds are beautiful and very peaceful– it felt like I had the place to myself even though I was not the only guest. I did manage to experience the spa - and WOW I will be going back for more! Finally, I got a little sick in the first few days of travel (I had had a long trip) – and I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU again to the team for taking care of me and calling a nurse when I tried to soldier on. I will now start planning my next visit to the Oberoi in Lombok 😊

If you’re looking for a place to stay at in Lombok that’s a true indulgence and focused on making you feel like a VIP, as well as closer to North Lombok, the waterfalls and of course easily accessible to the Gili Islands, the Oberoi is it! Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible.

This is a wonderfull place to relax and get away from it all. We enjoyed four nights in luxuary surrounded by a lovely and very friendly staff. Views are fantastic and the food a delightful experience. Also a day trip by boat resulted in swimming with the local Gili-turtles. A wonderful experience.
