Depends on the room, but ok
The room was very small compared to a previous visit and kitchen cooking utensils were missing. The hob kept turning off so cooking was a challenge. Became incredibly hot during the day and windows don’t open enough. Overall ok.

Полноценные апартаменты с кухней. Если есть желание не каждый день ходить по ресторанам - неплохой вариант. Жили в течении нескольких недель. Каких-то проблем, чтобы отметить не возникло.

Terrible place, broken heaters, broken shower door etc plus lots of threatening notes saying they would charge £5k if you were at all noisy or were drinking, £75 if your lost your key etc DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The firm is a money grabbing impolite set of criminals based in the Czech Republic they chased me twice for the same room and wont give the money back!!!

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
2 men entered my room in the middle of the night. They were given the key to my apartment by mistake. I was pretty traumatized by the event & offered a 15% discount off my next stay after multiple complaints.

Studio providing value for money close to the City
Great, modern and well-equiped studio. Good facilities to prepare your own meals. WiFi is functioning satisfactory. Several shopping possibilities in neighbourhood and the City is on walking distance

Ideal for a business stay
Close to brick lane and Liverpool Street which was great. Had a Tesco Express outside which was handy. The bad points where that you had to walk to another place to pick-up and drop the keys off. Also the walk from Aldgate East to the apartment at night was a bit rough at night. The apartment was clean however the doors for each flat were rather heavy and when they closed they make a loud noise which wakes you up in the middle of the night making you think your get burgled. The flat was good had all ammentities however the bed wasn’t the best they could really do with getting better quality pillows and duvet.

Dette er ikke lejligheden du får!
Vi bookede denne lejlighed pga området og billederne af lejligheden, men fik et helt andet sted og lejlighed. Vi ankom sent og havde derfor forespurgt på muligheden for udlevering af nøgle, hvilket (gennem omveje) blev bekræftet kunne ske 24/7. I bookningen stod der at vi skulle hente nøglen en andet sted, så der stod vi kl.22, men desværre ved en lukket dør. Via en hjælpsom nabo til stedet og et nummer i emailen han kunne ringe til, fandt vi frem til en 3.adresse, som åbenbart var det rigtige sted at afhente nøglen - i den anden ende af London. Vi påtalte dette da vi ankom til “receptionen”, men de sagde blot at det var Hotel.coms skyld og det samme gjorde sig gældende, da vi efterfølgende fik udleveret nøglerne til en helt anden lejlighed i et helt andet område. Denne lejlighed var ganske anderledes, slidt, trist og med mørkt interiør, men overordnet set ok til blot at sove i for tre tøser på tur. Det skal bemærkes at der hvor utilfredsheden er størst var i forhold til at der INGEN steder fremgik adresse nr.3, ej heller at man ikke kan forvente at få denne lejlighed, men blot en af samme størrelse, da det er flere forskellige lejlighedsfirmaer der deler reception. Det var en længerevarende farce at få fat på et telefonnummer til stedet, for at bekræfte sen ankomst, som ikke var i booking, ej heller på hjemmeside og det var et falsk der fremgik af mobilversionen. Jeg fik blot en mailadresse, som blev kastet gennem tre forskellige andre førend der kom info retur. Utilfreds!!!

Modern and well-equiped hotel - value for money
Warm welcome by reception (note: at different location). Studio is modern with new interior and equipment (incl. fridge, oven, magnetron, induction stove, cooker, toaster). WiFi was okay (after I had reset the router). Several shops (and restaurants) in the neighbourhood. City of London on 20-30 min walking distance, so nice daily exercise. Definitely a place to keep in mind during my next visit to this part of London.
