The man who checked me in was very nice. I hope he can find somewhere else to work, because he was the only good thing about this location. Everything else was horrible. If I had a choice to stay somewhere else I would have, but short notice left this as the only option that wasn't miles outside the city.

This hotel is not up to standard. The photos online are completely misleading — the place looks nothing like what was advertised. When I asked for a refund because of the false presentation, the staff refused and offered no help. The experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save your money and choose a place that actually delivers what it promises.

The place was dirty and cold. We took a look and went back to the front desk and told them that wasn't acceptable and that we wanted a refund. They were unpleasant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was several areas where attention to detail was needed. There were MANY bugs inside the ceiling light globes; the baseboards were seriously stained with moisture (?) or some sort of brown colour; towels looked like stained rags; and there was a lot of noise/music in parking area.

Complete scam room was stinky and run down not even close to the pictures online i am going to ask for a refund. The floor was missing potato size chunks the walls looked like someone had been hitting it with a hammer the room stank like old cigarettes and body odor, the top lid to the toilet was sitting on the bathroom counter. Horrible

There were literal bedbugs crawling on the sheets. I felt so uncomfortable. I ended up removing the sheets and sleeping on my own blanket. The mattress was disgusting to say the least. There were random condom rappers in the drawer next to the bed. My stay was terrible to say the least.

Stayed in 37 no toilet paper reeked of pot as they sit on deck and it comescright into room A huge huge massive hair bloob in bathroom Broken toilet seat no one came to fix as 2 people advised it would bem. Checked in at 2 and they finally brought roll at 8(already got my own by then! NEVER RECOMMEND

The website is nowhere close to reality. The place is very run down. There seems to be no effort to make very necessary repairs nor is there any evidence of the rooms being cleaned regularly. The night of our stay we were treated to a police visit to some sketchy neighbours and a 4:00 AM domestic dispute in the parking lot. I was literally afraid to go to sleep and should really have given up on the room and gone somewhere safe. This place should not be allowed to be on any room booking site.

I booked this hotel online, never saw it before. I drove up to the office, the host greeted me, showed me a room, it looked decent, but had a window facing Dundas street, and it was noisy. Smelled musty also. The parking lot was empty, there were a bunch of kids running around, playing, which doesn't bother me. The two people smoking a small glass pipe set off a few bells. There were piles of garbage piled up at the front of the parking lot also. And a bunch of stuff spread out all over the place. It wasn't a good look.

No one mans the front desk, so have to call and wait. No soap, shampoo, 1/2 roll toilet paper, no coffee pot or glasses. Fridge inside cabinet. Curtain rod fell on my head when trying to have a shower. Bathroom counter and towel rack was so high at 5'5' I couldn't hang up the towel. TV watching was by which channel wasn't blurry enough to NOT see, pretty much only listened to tv. will never go back

Our room was dirty when we arrived. Used towels and cups all over the room. Used soap on the sink. Bed half made. Pile of towels on the chair had stains. The grounds were dirty. Cups and garbage outside some rooms. Did not feel safe. Realized when we booked it, it would be basic but did not expect it to be dirty. They did give us our money back. Had to drive home and miss our event the next day as the whole town was sold out. Very disappointing.

I was very taken back by how the staff was when I went to check in. There was another customer in front of me and asked for the wifi password and when they left, the front desk lady walked away after looking at me at the counter. I then had to open the door and ring the buzzer to get her attention and she said "what the hell is his problem now" and then took another 5 minutes to come to counter to let me check in. She tried to even get me to pay again when I had pre paid. The room was clean but I didn't feel like it would have met standards. The shower curtain had a lot of stains that looked pretty questionable and looked like blood. The shower had looked like it wasn't cleaned fully. The bathroom lights were missing two of the three that were in there. The bedside light looked like it was one string away from falling off, also didn't work. The inside door had looked like someone took a hammer to it multiple times. And another thing to add to the staff, when I went to check out, I pressed the buzzer to be let in and I saw the front desk lady roll her eyes at me, and when I handed her the key and said "I'm here to check out" she tried to make me pay yet again. I'm not one to leave bad or long reviews but after my experience, I wouldn't want anyone to have a similar experiences as I had felt very unwelcome, unsafe and just overall unpleasant.
