The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand.

Everything was okay, the bed has a slight edge dip and the windows let in a lot of sound, the pipes also make a lot of noise, there were no tv instructions, the tv stations buffered a lot, and it is a very hot room. But I was only there overnight so what was I hoping for, I just needed a bed for the night

It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. We had to call a number and they had a 4 hr turnaround window to connect with the staff. Sometimes they were not able to communicate with the staff for 24hrs. They did mot provide clean comforter after we requested. The instructions for the laundry, trash dump etc were not clear. The manager was rude and used foul language while talking to us. Unacceptable.

I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code for the main door to the building I had to asked another guest! The manager said he be there until should I have any issues. I tried to take a shower then the whole room was flooded not just the bathroom! I very quickly got dressed and looked around the building to find the manager. I looked around all the main corridors on the ground floor and he was nowhere to be seen at 5:20pm. I managed to find a mop & bucket and struggled back to the room, walking with one crutch in one hand and the mop & bucket in the other. It took me 45mins-1hr to mop up the whole floor/drying sections with towels that I couldn’t get to using the mop. I still needed a shower so I tried again but I was very cautious whist using it. The shower tray wasn’t draining properly but no water was coming out from there but a crack underneath. The next day the manager stoped me outside very frustrated that I didn’t contact him/said there was a leak in the room below like it was my fault!
