受付は前もって行う

前もって連絡を入れていなかった為受付がないのを知らなくて大変でした。たまたまｱﾊﾟ-ﾄﾒﾝﾄの住人と会えてこの人たちが連絡（英語が喋れないため）をしてくれたのと部屋を見つけてくれて中に入ることが出来ました。後でしっかり見たら受付がないことが書いてありましたが、これにはびっくりでした。 ｱﾊﾟ-ﾄﾒﾝﾄに泊まるのは3回目でしたが今までそのような事はなかったのでしっかり行く前に内容確認したほうが良いですね。競技場までも近くコンビニっぽいのも近くにあったので買い物も便利で駅も近いのでとっても良かったです。

I am an avid traveler and this was the worst experience of my traveling career

1. Prior to my stay it was beyond difficult to contact my host and get check in information. Multiple calls from myself and from VRBO. About two days before my departure VRBO made contact just to get check in info. This was crucial because I was coming from a different country and knew I would not likely have cell service. 2. Make it to flat, checked in, neighborhood ok, flat close to London tube. However, I want to take a shower after a long international flight...no hot water!! Enough said... 3. Got a call on my London cell that I purchased at the train station, my host tells me they need a several hundred dollar deposit. I don't know who I am talking to on my phone, I don't know if this is legit. I tell them I need to contact VRBO to make sure this is proper. 4. 30 mins later a strange man knocks on the apartment door. I am reluctant to answer a little afraid he tells me he is here about the deposit. I cracked the door explain to him my concern and inform him I'm waiting to hear back from VRBO before I give them my credit card. 5. Get my bearings and call them back about the hot water. They informed me that they will send maintenance...suprise no one ever shows up. 6. VRBO gives me the ok to give them this several hundred dollar deposit; but I will need to check my credit card statement to make sure it's refunded. Will get statement next month. 7. Did I say no hot water, dishwasher did not work, neither did washer for the clothes. Plug in my adapter to charge my devices, sparks fly from the outlets, all the power goes out. Call them again the same stranger who knocked on my door inquiring about the deposit came to assist. Warm water obtained. Not hot. He let's me barrow his charger. 8. The only reason they get one star is due to location, the unit was at least clean, and check out was easy.

Clean apartment with good location - accommodating to drop our bags early. Maintenance could be improved on - no response to issues. Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys for 2 couples staying there.

Great apartments for London Stadium events.

We stayed here for Guns 'n' Roses at London Stadium and could see the stadium from our room. It's a very short walk from the nearest tube station and less than 10 minutes walk to the stadium. The apartment looked as though it had been recently redecorated and was very clean and tidy. It had all the appliances you could need along with a decent sized flat screen TV. I would definitely stay here again for future events.

Lack of decor and style - Not like the pictures

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the apartment, the actual apartment did not look anything like the actual homely pictures, there was no soft furnishings in the apartment and all the walls were white with no pictures. The apartment was clean and had everything that I needed but I felt let down on its style and décor.
