Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of parking. We stayed in a king suite and it was a really spacious, clean room with a pull-out sofa bed, microwave, and mini fridge. Everything we needed, especially traveling with kids. The pool was nice but pretty busy. Hotel is close to everything you need, restaurants, shopping, all nearby. Solid choice, especially for families. Would definitely stay again.

We had several flower arrangements for a wedding and asked the staff for a cart to take our luggage and all of our materials and flower arrangements out and we were told they were sorry…. No offer to try and locate one - no offer to bring one to the room, I asked if the same would apply for a senior trying to move their luggage and again Elaine replied with I’m so sorry. There was another gentleman waiting for a cart as well….. this was terrible, terrible service! No offers to help - no offer to help resolve the issue. Very disappointed - this hotel chain is typically very good for service and amenities. We were very disappointed with the lack of interest in helping us

10 Star Review Huge rooms, 39° North products, and staff who care We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott on Exeter Road. The hotel is spotless, modern, and right off the 401 — 5 minutes to White Oaks and everything in London. The rooms are huge! So much space with a comfy king bed, sofa, desk, and big windows. We also loved the 39° North shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — it left my hair feeling so soft. Ingrid at the reception desk was incredible. She kindly walked us to our room and was so courteous and welcoming. And a big shoutout to the Starbucks barista who was so hospitable and made a delicious breakfast. This hotel is amazing, and the staff make you feel truly welcomed. We’ll 100% stay again! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms The rooms are huge!
