Very poor.The check-in procedure involved grubbing around in bushes on your hands and knees in the pouring rain,looking for a key
that wasn't there.All the contact phone numbers didn't work.As we
were wondering what to do,we were approached by a man who asked
if we had been looking for a key.This was at 2:50. We had specified a 3 pm check-in. He explained had been checking the apt. for cleanliness.
Once in the apt.,we were delighted to see not one but three tvs.
Unfortunately they were useless as there no instructions on how to
activate them. Nice stove,but no instructions.We couldn't cook,so
subsisted on takeout for the entire week.
Big signs on the property about NOT putting garbage on the street,put it in the VAULT! We never found anyone who knew for
certain where the vault was,but we figured it out ourselves. No toilet roll holder for the bathroom,a scarcity of utensils in the kitchen,no salad bowls,no information package for the area garbage bag on the terrace ,dead plants on the windowsill and
total confusion about who we were dealing with,emails arrived(or didn't) from airsorted.uk,vrbo,home and away,and someone named yulia.We discovered a router for wifi,then discovered you wanted us to pay for it.
poor service?More like no service.
We have your money,figure it out youselves ,schnooks!
