We liked the room, the front office staff but the air conditioner was loud during the night at times but over time we got use to it. Appreciated them having coffee in the main lobby in the morning

I was disappointed with a couple of key things; I booked the hotel because they had a restaurant as well as room service. This was important because my husband had surgery and I was alone. Well, the restaurant was closed and therefore no room service. I also booked because of the kitchenette but there was nothing stocked. No plates, silverware or pots.
