Property was fairly clean but definitely room to improve. Sticky liquids on floor, a lot of dust around room, and filthy hallways. The largest pain was every time someone in another room flushed a toilet, there was a horrible knocking of the pipes in the ceilings that would keep us awake throughout the night. The knocking sound would last about 10 seconds every time, and sounded like drums playing. For the price of the room, this was not worth the stay. Staff was kind, polite and helpful.

Small Hotel, the good: room was modern and clean, staff was pleasant, overall was fine. Not so good, didn’t like the open bathroom concept. No complaints. Would stay here again.

The room furnishing and layout was fairly nice, I’ll give it a 4 star. Convenient location, but the room was the loudest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There were more big loud pop, creaks, and bangs happening in that room than I could even begin to understand. We thought a few times someone was banging on our door, but something in the wall was making a super loud noise at various points in the night (no it wasn’t the neighbouring room having some fun). We didn’t sleep very well at all unfortunately,

A little hard to find as map took us to back entrance but once in the staff were very friendly and helped with all our questions. Keyless entry to hotel and room worked perfectly. Nice market right opposite for breakfasts etc and easy parking under the Covent Garden market

Property was clean, easy to access and chic. Many great restaurants in the area and close to many activities. Only downside is the neighborhood has homeless and substance abusing people around but that’s true for any urban area these days.

Simple check in/out and convenient location for the convention centre with a great price. Parking was simple. Sink was not draining well and I did text the front desk, but not sure anything was done. Would happily stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay. Parking is a little cumbersome with larger vehicles. However, this is to be expected when staying in any city center. Location is perfect and allowed quick and easy access to so many attractions. The staff were awesome, friendly people. Clean and comfortable rooms. Definetly will be staying here again.

The hotel and manager Shawn is fantastic one of the best out there!!!! But I do question the decision of ownership to not have night staff. In my opinion the loss of the night staff takes away from all the great things the front line people do there every day!!!
