Great location, very good value for money. Clean and new with nice touches such as water and toiletries, nice soft clean towels. Small but has everything you need for a short break.

Good room, ample size. Quite noisy though as hotel is positioned on a main road and the blinds are not black out blinds so woke very early. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom completely new. Would stay again.

The cost of staying at Kensington Stay was good for London. It was unusual not to have staff around to hand you your room key but the way system is…it works. Def consider staying again if I need to have a bed for the night.

It felt like we were in a premier boat cabin or space ship. Everything was organized and the sensor lights were convenient. A pity that the elevator was broken and the freezer over frosted but besides that, very convenient, clean, and affordable.

Cozy apartment, conveniently located in Earl’s Court, short walking distance to the tube. The place is small but has most of what you need. Appreciate the small cooktop and microwave so we can prepare simple meals and breakfast. Despite the double glazing windows, road noises can still be heard. It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. The elevator was out of service for the entire time of our 7 days stay (does not seem will be fixed anytime soon), so do be prepared to walk up stairs. The manager was very responsive and helpful. Very nice guy and he even helped us carry our luggage down the stairs at check out (since the elevator was still out). I do appreciate that very much. All in all, it’s a fine place to stay on budget. It’s no frills and expect to be in tight quarters. If noise and walking stairs are not an issue, then it’s a good deal. But may not work for everyone.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man während einer Städtreise benötigt. Es gab eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, der U-Bahnhof Earl’s Court ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der aber während unseres Aufenthalts leider defekt war. Die Unterkunft hat keine Verdunkelungsrollos. Es gibt nur ein hellblaues Rollo. Gerade in den Sommermonaten, wenn es bereits um 4.30 Uhr hell wird, ist dies eventuell ein Problem. Außerdem befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus eine 3-spurige Einbahnstraße mit sehr viel Verkehr. Die Fenster verfügen nicht über einen Schallschutz. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte besser andere Unterkunft wählen.

Sehr nette Angestellte, wir hatten keinen Adapter für die Steckdose. Wurde uns sofort bereitgestellt. Fahrstuhl defekt, mein Koffer wurde hochgetragen. Allerdings war der Angestelle vermutlich nur zufällig da. Glück für uns.

Kleine maar propere en nette kamer. Kan wel een nieuw likje verf gebruiken. Goed bed, maar eerste nacht amper geslapen door vele verkeer in de straat. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeker een aanrader. Vlakbij metrostation Earl's court, ideaal.

交通の弁が良く、電子レンジ・大きめの冷蔵庫付き・荷物も預かってくれる。 建物の古さはあるが、毎日スタッフが掃除をしてくれている。 アメニティが少ないのと、廊下の音が大きく聞こえるのが気になる人はやめた方が良いかも。 この金額では充分満足できる。

The person in charge or owner waited for us patiently to check in around 5pm plus & personally showed us how to enter the premises using their key/code & also showed us directly to our room which is located just right on ground floor as we requested. The room is comfortable with sufficient amenities provided that include pantry facilities & spacious closet & the room also comes with a big window with enough sunlight & ventilation (if open). Upon checking out, the owner once again extended his courtesy by helping us to store & move our luggage out for us to collect (rather than us having to carry our 2 big luggage down to the basement & up again when collect). Highly appreciated. The location is very convenient with the availability of Earl’s Court subway station (exit to Warwick) just right opposite to the lodging premises. Overall, the room is worth the value of the rate paid. I would recommend it.
