First, this is not a hotel but a residential apartment's basement with an entry at the outside of the apt building. This flat is in the basement with very narrow and steep stairs that go down. There are no windows above the ground. You can still get daylight but can't see anything on the street. If you travel with big luggage and kids or elders, this place might not suit you.
Second, The host doesn't provide coffee or drink water. No facial tissue, no napkin, no kitchen paper towel. On our first morning, we found three coffee pods in the kitchen, but one was milk only. So we three shared two cups of coffee. When I emailed the host for more coffee, the host declined. We had no idea where to buy that machine's coffee pods, and there was no conventional coffee maker. We had to have our coffee outside.
Third, bathroom drainage was super slow. The sink and shower were filled up quickly.
