Staff were "on top of it", responsive and friendly. Not surprising for the lower price, the hotel is simply a little worn down and could benefit from a refresh (a new coat of paint on the walls in common areas and especially the pool).

I didn't use or need the business services. The room was clean, there was plenty of parking. The motel was walking distance to a variety of shopping opportunities. The pool was suitable. The one concern i had with the pool or the use of the pool was, there were two children under six i would estimate and they were in the pool by themselves fir a half an our after we went to the pool before an older teenager or adult came to the pool area. They had water wings, but i was quite converned about their safety and well being. The pool was away from the check in desk so no staff knew the young children were alone in the pool.
