very bad

We booked an apartment through hotal com and we actually got another apartment in another area No one asked to come by taxi to another apartment after waiting two hours in the rain and cold we got an old apartment very hot without hot water without heating in the apartment we felt like scouts and returned patients from a week of mishaps We asked for our money back and the apartment owners ignored and did not return an answer. Advertised as 1 bed but was studio with screen to pull across bed not what expected. Very dirty, dust and hairs on all surfaces, towels old and discoloured. Had to wait in cold a long time to check in. Glad only staying 3nights.No WiFi.

Awesome location. Whatever you lose in comfort or hotel staff, the location and size of the flat make up it. Probably can't do that much better for a family of 4 on a budget in that area.

Nemt at få tjekket ind og ud. God beliggenhed. Dårlig standart for rengøring, døre/vægge var beskidte, store synlige huller i væggen bag sengen. Tv ude af funktion, manglende servise i forhold til antal gæster lejligheden kunne rumme. Der kunne ikke laves mad i lejligheden p.g.a manglende køkkenudstyr. På badeværelset lå en hårtørrer som ikke var funktionsdygtig. Håndvasken var utæt i afløbet hvilket betød vådt gulv efter hver eneste håndvask.

Hotel tres bien situé , proche station métro, bus et taxi,boutiques Oxford street .Très calme ,par contre propreté de l'appartement limité, pas de réception,pour obtenir les clés il faut téléphoner à l'agence pour qu'une personne se déplace sur place.

Väldigt bra läge men hotellet behöver ses över.

Väldigt nära shoppinggatan.Tråkigt att det inte höll bättre standard för att jag hade gärna bott här igen då läget var kanon. men tyvärr är sovplatserna under all kritik. Dålig säng -saknade bäddmadrass. Man kände alla fjädrar i sängen , lika dant med bäddsoffan. Ofräscha täcken, stopp i avloppet. Dåligt med dricksglas, fanns en kaffemugg till 4 personer. Inga handdukar till att torka händerna på bara ett varsitt badlakan. Ingen visade vart man kastade sopporna så de fick ligga kvar i lägenheten under de tre nätter vi bodde här. Fick ej tillräckligt med toapapper så det fick vi inhandla själva.

Nära Oxford Street, men dåligt städat!

Bokat för fem personer och jag ser en resesäng och frågar därför unga killen som kom för att ge oss nyckeln ( en timme försent) om det finns sängkläder för alla. Ja i garderoben säger han. Ok tänkte jag och tog emot nyckeln. Det visade sig att det fanns för fyra. Efter att jag ringt dagen efter så kom de med det. Bäddsoffan var smutsig när vi fällde ut den (bild finns), dammsög den innan vi bäddade. Bestick och grytor var inte rena så vi lagade ingen mat där. Däremot så diskade vi de fem glas och de bestick som vi använde innan vi använde dem. Om det hade varit rent och fräscht så hade det här fått ett helt annat betyg. Det betyder mycket för oss!

Super central modern apartment.

This apartment was functional, clean and spacious. Its location is ideal for shopping and sight seeing with few tourist places within 10 minutes walking distance. Even thought we did cook anything, the kitchen was modern and practical. The air conditioning was a blessing during the warm nights. Despite being off Oxford street, we surprising didn't hear any traffic noise. A lovely central pleasant apartment and will definitely re-book on our next trip to London, also benefits from being only 20 minute walk from all main London train stations.

It could have been better.....

My family and I just enjoyed 3 days in London where we stayed perfectly central near Oxford Street. However, the hotel service was VERY disappointing. First of all the check-in was delayed, as we had to wait for someone to bring us a key (there is no reception). Then we found out that the apartment only had 4 beds and we were 5 people. We therefore asked for an extra bed (DKK 350,00 per night) plus an extra set of keys, which we were promised to get the following day. However, we never got any of it, although I tried to contact them several times. Result: I slept on the floor all 3 nights and never heard from them! Another thing was that my booking confirmation said terrace or balkony, which we didn't have as well as hairdryer and kitchen ware for 4 people. I found a lot of missing things compared to the confirmation, which I think was very disappointing, when it all could easily have been solved. I recommend the apartment because of the central position. Nothing else.

Relies on location

Unfortunately this was not a very pleasant place to stay. We stayed here as a family and had booked for two adults and three children, unfortunately there were only beds for four people. The customer service team were particularly unhelpful, along the lines of computer said no insisting we should have booked an extra bed. It was never clear how we should have known we needed to book this. As a result one child slept on the floor as they were unable to provide a bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, more akin to camping. We has minimal sleep on it. There was very limited kitchen equipment, including just two spoons and forks. This meant washing up between people's breakfast. The shower temperature was difficult to control and the flow was very slow. The whole apartment was very tired with marks on the walls and furniture past its best. Positives are it's location as it is very near northern, central and Victoria lines and it is within walking distance of Oxford Street, St James Park and other attractions. Also, although it is a noisy area, the street the apartment was on was not too bad

Läget var toppen!! men när vi anlände fanns bara plats för 4 personer trots att vi bokat för 5. Vi fick även betala extra för en extrasäng som kom senare på kvällen. Sedan fanns det bara utrustning/porslin för tre personer, vilket vi påtalade dag 2. Servicepersonalen skulle komma med och utrusta lägenheten med mer porslin men de kom aldrig.

Flexiflat Apartments Oxford Street

Lägenheten är perfekt placerad nära Oxford Street. Det står att man kan bo fyra personer i lägenheten men det finns endast en dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa. Soffan är nog 1,20 meter bred, vilket gör det svårt för två vuxna att sova där. Uteplatsen är stor men utan utsikt och inte så välstädad. I övrigt rent och fint med tillgång till ett utrustat kök.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt hvis man vil shoppe i London. Man skal blot være opmærksom på at adressen er forkert, og det er heldigt, for dette sted er under renovation. Og hvis man tror, at man skal komme tidligt og få noget ud af første dag, skal man pakke let, da concierge først kan kontaktes efter kl 16. Vi var 5 personer, men der var kun 4 sengepladser og 3 gafler. 1 barn i midten og 2 større på en dårlig sovesofa.

Super emplacement mais beaucoup d'insuffisances

Accueil minimal, canapé lit terrible pour dormir dedans, vaisselle minimale (déjà peu pour deux alors pour quatre...), frigo minuscule, serviettes très vieilles (font une trouée ) ! Un seul jeu de clé. Et pb pour laisser les bagages quelque part le jour du départ (il faut normalement quitter les mieux à 12.00 et nulle part pour garder ses valises). On a eu de la chance on a pu checker out vers 15.00 mais insécurité par rapport à ça il faut appeler la veille et voir... Sinon en gros il faut aller poser sa valise dans une consigne de gare !!! Au prix paye (270 € la nuit) tout ça est inadmissible.
