a lot to be desired but a great location

This property was in a great location and was comfortable enough. There were several problems. There was no support if there was an issue getting the keys from the lock box that was 2 blocks away. When we arrived the place was freezing and we had to leave for hours in order to let it heat up. There were no instructions on how to operate the heat and once we figured it out it was either on full blast making the place too hot or off resulting in it being too cold. The freezer was frozen shut. The dishwasher was moldy and we weren’t sure if it was operating or not. The baseboards in the kitchen were not secured and fell down or had to be removed to actually open the dishwasher. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the resident above us snoring like he was in bed with us.
Stayed 6 nights in Feb 2020
