Clean hotel right next to Romford station. Perfect location for the Elizabeth line. Small but comfortable room. Ideal for an overnight stay.

The room I booked was the queen bed with balcony. The first room given was dirty ( shower ) and a smell. Was given a new room which was freezing cold. There were no side table, kept placing my stuff on the floor nor was there a chair. Still in shock paying £149 for for such experience i was shock to know this hotel was by hilton, I've stayed at hilton before and never experience this. Still shocked.

The hotel is in a great area with lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The rooms are small but perfect for a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and super helpful- from helping me get dressed into an outfit requiring extra hands to directing me to stores. Would stay again.

- Good location if the for business trips to East London - However, the room ( which is a Queen Size room) was really tight with even no desk or chair for any business. Just a bed and a bathroom

First time staying the a Spark hotel and am amazed! I wish there were more! Really friendly greeting when entering the main door and was shown to reception to check in. The rooms are beautiful, a really comfortable bed and no outside noise. Spotless throughout the room. Breakfast was an added bonus with a friendly and helpful team.

Room was a little smaller than expected but adequate, no cafine free coffee in the room but I'd brought some. Bathroom included an amazing shower. Breakfast was disappointing although eggs are made to order not no eggs available without asking, what was there i.e. bacon, sausage etc eas cold. Overall disappointing for a major chain hotel

There's no parking. The check in was awful. The man was so unclear and spoke fast. He was quite rude and I've ended up being charged twice. The room was tiny and had paper cups.... A Travelodge or premier inn is better than this. The shower was ok.

It was advertised as having parking available (the reason I picked it) but upon arrival at 12.30am (original flight was cancelled) there was no evidence of a car park. I had to phone from outside and they directed me to a shopping centre car park (I was given the wrong post code so was driving in circles for 20 minutes). Then I had to walk to the hotel from the car park which cost £10. There wasn’t even an apology. Unacceptable

Positive is that it was easy to get in and out of London as the station is next door. No parking nearby. The room had bits falling off, and paint dripping all over the floor. Kettle was broken and wouldn’t stop boiled, so I burnt my hand.The curtain was hanging off the rail and let the sun in! Complained to the hotel via Expedia, the hotel didn’t care and was unfriendly to the Expedia rep.

I checked in, within 30 minutes all of the electricity went out (across the whole hotel), no tv, no restaurant, staff had no idea of any local restaurants to recommend. Came to check out they could not provide me with a receipt nor could they comment about a refund
