Room was dated and scratches on walls, dirty carpet, high tub to take a shower, exhaust fan did not work in bathroom, and every door slammed so loud woke us up all the time. Food and drinks were good and location.

Room looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in 20+ years, the TV was hanging off the wall and the bath was all cracked and showing the unfinished material underneath, people where up and down the hallway all night shouting and took 20+ minutes to check in. could have been so much better. tried to treat ...

Strand Palace Hotel
Room was well appointed, clean but very small. Bed was 4ft in width and had one side flush with the wall. It is not really suitable for a couple.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Liked the stay, it was good for the price, only need to fix the soap dispensers and add a toilet paper holder. The rooms were a little hard to find as the elevator would drop you off in different parts of the floor or the signs were dark.
