Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario
We just stayed here for 5 days. Room was great! The keys are a bit of a pain and kept deactivating so we couldn’t get in the pool. Food was great and room service was delicious and quick. Housekeeping was inconsistent and we completely ran out of toilet paper, towels, Kleenex and coffee

Stay was very good and the room was absolutely spotless with an excellent turn down service. The only reason i had to take a star off was due to an elevator scare.
