"We arrived and checked in. We parked at the underground parking only to find out the elevator was closed. Drove up to drop our things off at the entrance then back to park. The receptionist could have told us beforehand. The receptionist never smiled nor was kind. This is not the job for her. I asked for a receipt she refused to give me one until I confronted twice. The toilet didn’t flush properly. We had to flush twice or three times. We stayed on the 5th floor. One of the days the elevator was being worked on. It was out of use and an inconvenience for those who were handicapped or taking luggage downstairs. The breakfast was delicious. It was a hot and complementary. Eggs, omelets, sausage, waffles, french toast, assortment of fruits, bagels, cereal, juices and coffee. An exceptional breakfast. The beds were comfortable. "

"Really liked it there the room was gorgeous. Bathrooms are a little small and could have better accommodation for folks who are have troubles getting around. The staff was absolutely great and very helpful. The food was good but very typical hotel food ate there twice in the restaurant and was actually a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a bit more flare. "

"This hotel is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL! They canceled my booking for March 9th that I booked on JANUARY 8TH the day that I was scheduled to arrive claiming that all of the rooms had been sold out so they had to move me to their sister hotel the Holiday Inn! My question to them was how in the WORLD did you allow that to happen when I PAID FOR MY ROOM IN FULL ON JANUARY 8th!!!! If I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn that’s where I would have made my reservation! And to top it all off I haven’t received any money back for being rebooked at a lower rated hotel!! Expedia, if this is how the Crown Plaza is treating your customers, then you really need to reevaluate your relationship with them because they are making you look bad! I want a refund!"
