"We loved being in this hotel, it was so central to restaurants, bars, coffe shops and the river. The pool was very welcome after veing out all day to come back and have a relaxing, cooling swim."

The spa services were outstanding — a true haven of relaxation and well-being. A special mention must go to Nhi Le at the reception, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. She was always ready to help with a warm smile, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. At the restaurant, we enjoyed delicious meals that showcased the best of local flavors, and we were warmly attended by another lovely staff member, also named Nhi, who made the experience even more delightful. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect balance of luxury and coziness, making us feel at home while still experiencing something truly special. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay here again."

"The staff are absolutely out of this world. They were very kind and made small talk every day. When I booked an additional night through Expedia, I had accidentally booked a different kind of room, but they allowed me to stay in my current room for my convenience. During checkout, I had 6 hours until my flight, so they offered to let me access their sister location to use their pool until my flight instead of waiting at the airport all day. The water is hot, and the hotel is in the perfect location in the center of the weekend Walking Street (just be sure to arrive before 6pm on Fridays-Sundays before they close down the roads). Could not recommend this place enough! I loved my time here and in Hue."
