"When we arrived, we were happy to see an nice clean hotel and staff that was there immediately to check us in. The check in process was incredibly fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a big mini fridge and a functional microwave. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly, including the iron. The next day we were about to head out and the man at the front desk stopped us and asked if it was ok if they entered our room because they were switching services for the the television. We said no problem and when we came back hours later, the front desk staff were in the middle of helping a customer but they asked the customer to wait and without being asked he handed us our new room keys. After they let the person in our room to switch TV services, they thought it was best to cancel all cards and give us new ones, just in case. Who does that now a days? 10 out of 10. The next morning I tried their continental breakfast. It was as expected and not bad in any way. The yogurt was within date and the bagel was soft. All in all, great stay, great hotel, great staff!"

"Hotel/room was clean & updated. Parking was readily available, staff on premises were great, and breakfast was included. The only snafu; I called several times to secure a double queen bed room as when making reservation via hotels.com this option wasn't available. The reservations desk kept advising me to call back the day of arrival and this could be "potentially be accommodated". When we arrived we noticed that several rooms on one side of the building were under construction & that was never communicated to us via the numerous calls to the hotel directly. Seems to be a major disconnect when booking online versus direct w/hotel."

"The hotel was very clean and the outside back patio was very nice we enjoyed sitting out there. The breakfast surprised me was a nice set up. The staff who work the breakfast area wasn't dressed to any professional status. Honestly they look like they just rolled out of bed and came back to the breakfast room cleaned up added some stuff and then left out of the area. But overall state was very welcoming and nice"
