Everything fine no single bed in room for 4yr old but sorted within 10mins ,reception and all staff very helpful and polite.

The heating was off in the middle of winter Neither bedside lamps worked The wardrobe was a filing cabinet There was no shower gel in the dispenser Teabags were open to the elements - should be sealed There was only 1 toilet roll. When the property is not manned there should be spares
